Our plant here in Bloomington had a switch test station Model 951 since 1992. Since we are closing at the end of October our snap switch line was moved to Vega Alta, Puerto Rico. We had to send the tester in for repair a couple of weeks ago and it was nice to find your company is still in business, still has courteous people and will still support our tester. I suggested that we buy a new tester for Puerto Rico and the order is in process.

On behalf of the PMCA Board of Directors and the Education and Learning Committee, please accept our sincere thanks for allowing the 2008 PMCA Chocolate and Compound Manufacture and Use class the opportunity to utilize the Tricor temper meter in the hands on lab.

The machine worked great and helped us keep the lab lively as it challenged our artisan instructor who "goes on feel" but in the end had admit the machine was quite accurate and really should be used in a manufacturing environment.

Tempering chocolate is of course, one of the most important aspects of this course and the continues support of companies like Tricor is very much appreciated.
