TRICOR's MICRO-Gloss Meters are ideally suited for measuring flat, non-textured surfaces. Two models are available:

• the MICRO-Gloss 60° is recommended for measuring medium-gloss surfaces; and
• the MICRO-TRI-Gloss is recommended for measuring a wide range of surfaces.

The MICRO-TRI-Gloss is a multi-angle gloss meter, which allows the user to obtain measurements at 20°, 60°, and 85°.

Both units come with carrying case, software, cable, manual and their own holder, which also contains a high-gloss standard. With the press of a button, the meters are calibrated and ready to use. Their built-in alphanumeric LED displays present measurement results within seconds.

For measuring irregularly shaped and textured surfaces, TRICOR recommends the Model 806H Hand-Held Surface Analysis System. The 806H provides a video image of the measurement area and measures gloss, orange peel and DOI (Distinctness of Image) characteristics.
